Artifact Guarantee: Any artifact sold by Pax Historia is covered by a lifetime guarantee of authenticity. That means if at any point the item is proven (with a letter/proof from a reputable source that Pax Historia can confirm) to have been sold under a false description (labelled incorrectly, fake, replica, etc.), a return and full refund can be requested. Additionally, for these cases, we will work with the buyer to cover any lost costs, including shipping. Return Policy:

For All Goods: Our satisfaction policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange based on product satisfaction. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional Return Info: Please report any damages and provide photos when package arrives.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, all return are completed in-house.
